What is Not Covered

Regular Wear and Tear: Normal aging and weathering of the roof are not covered by the warranty.
Improper Maintenance: Damage resulting from improper maintenance or repairs not conducted by German Roofing.
Non-Comprehensive Repairs: Repairs or maintenance on roofs not fully replaced by German Roofing are not covered under our warranty.
