We used German Roofing to replace the underlayment of our concrete tile roof. We were among the last in our neighborhood to do it, so I had the advantage of seeing what roofing companies all the neighbors were using and the quality of the final result. We chose German based on quality, and they were also unexpectedly lower in price than the other company we got a quote from. I felt the quality from the beginning. The other company e-mailed a canned quote without seeing our property. German came out and inspected the roof and gave a detailed quote, a reasonable timeline, and after the job was done, came back and inspected the roof again and answered all my husband’s questions (they used a newer ventilation system that mimic’s the tiles and is more visually appealing; but this confused my husband). I will definitely call them for any future roofing needs.
