I had a major leak with the roof of our screened in porch. I have a manufactured home. I called 4 roofing contractors and they all said I also have major storm damage to the house roof. I liked German Roofing best because Fernando, their estimator, was very personable and knowledgeable and he answered all of my questions. His estimate included the entire house roof replacement, the whole leaking porch roof and the front porch roof as well. His estimate was less than the insurance adjuster’s estimate. German Roofing did the whole job in 3 days and they did excellent work. They replaced the entire house roof using architectural shingles and replaced the entire porch roof and installed rolled roofing on the porches. They were thorough in the cleanup and even painted the new plywood on the porch. They gave a 10 year warranty against leaks. The final price was the same as the initial estimate. I am totally satisfied and will use them for any roofing needs in the future.
