German Roofing did a full roof replacement and add on for our home addition. They were amazing! Very were easy to work with and responsive. Great prices, our roofers were awesome and perfect workmanship. Huge plus that they got it all done in an earlier than quoted timeline. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful new roof!!! Thank you
I originally found German Roofing on Angie's List 6 years ago, and I have been working with them ever since. As a Property Manager I have counted on them to replaced 8 roof in addition to the many roof inspections and repairs. Their prices are more than competitive, their office staff is professional, friendly and responsive. Their install team are respectful to my tenant, take safty seriously and do great job of cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend German Roofing!
I had a major leak with the roof of our screened in porch. I have a manufactured home. I called 4 roofing contractors and they all said I also have major storm damage to the house roof. I liked German Roofing best because Fernando, their estimator, was very personable and knowledgeable and he answered all of my questions. His estimate included the entire house roof replacement, the whole leaking porch roof and the front porch roof as well. His estimate was less than the insurance adjuster's estimate. German Roofing did the whole job in 3 days and they did excellent work. They replaced the entire house roof using architectural shingles and replaced the entire porch roof and installed rolled roofing on the porches. They were thorough in the cleanup and even painted the new plywood on the porch. They gave a 10 year warranty against leaks. The final price was the same as the initial estimate. I am totally satisfied and will use them for any roofing needs in the future.

German Roofing has done 3 jobs for me now, and each time it is well done and I have been totally happy. Fair pricing (usually the lowest bid), reliable, everyone I have met or talked to is nice, polite, professional etc. They 100% clean up after themselves too. Special mention to Manuel, who went the extra mile, and took care of something that was not part of original scope, small but not something he needed to do but helped me out- when he came to inspect the crew's work, he painted the overhang where they replaced the wood and shingles which was not part of original quote because at the time of the quote, whole house was being painted. I would recommend German to everyone!
